Ms. Indu Pandey

President

Born in 1965 and a social worker by profession, conceived formation of Pandey Education Trust in the year 1995 in the memory of her late father-in-law Sri S. N. Pandey, an educationist of repute and a social worker. Started in a small way in her native village in Bihar, the organization has grown having five technical members on its Board who are known figure in School & College education taking care of 16 ongoing projects. She has on her credit completion of 7 turnkey education projects. Pandey Education Trust is a non government non profitable organization and the earning goes for providing quality education to the students of underprivileged and deprived classes.

Ms. Pandey has got expertise in HR and provides a support to its member and getting the work completed according to clients’ suitability. She has inbuilt leadership quality to handle such assignments.

She has authored six books and her 15 research papers have been published in Journals of repute on modern trends in education. She is pioneer in establishing “Synchronized Study System” in her projects. Her team consists of professional and educationists of repute who are a name to reckon with in their area of operation.

Dr. A.K. Pandey

Consultant (Project)

Dr. A. K. Pandey having Master Degree in Zoology and Education as well as Diploma in Distance and in Higher Education has done PG Diploma in Education Management and an MBA from IGNOU.

He started his career as a teacher in Calcutta and served as Lecturer teaching Education Management to Principals at Institute of Educational Administration Calcutta. He has vast experience as Educational Administrator including Principal of Diamond Mining Project Panna, District Project Coordinator of Bihar Education Project, an Education Programme of World Bank, Education Director of Hermann Gmeiner Schools, Delhi and headed Maheshwari Public School, Jaipur for nearly 7 years as Principal & CEO. At present, he is Principal of Gyan Vihar Public School, Jaipur with an additional charge of Dean, Department of Education, Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur.

More than 35 of his research papers have been published in journals of repute. He has attended more than 20 seminars and conferences on modern trends of education. He is on the Board of prestigious Public Schools and All India Examinations. He is member of Professional Bodies in Education and Human Resources.

He has authored two books on Education Management and co-authored six books with Ms. Indu Pandey. He has been awarded several times by reputed organizations being a pioneer in the field of Education Management. He is a good motivational trainer and has trained more than 2000 teachers for achieving quality in class rooms.

Dr. S.K. Pandey

Consultant (Training – Social Sciences)

Dr Sushil has acquired his knowledge through constant practice. He has written more than 15 books on Social Sciences to make this subject lucid and easy to learn. Being a compulsory subject up to Class X in all Boards it has not been easy to create interest of the students in this subject. The friendly attitude of Dr Sushil has made it easily comprehendible subject for all those who almost hate it.

Mr. R.K. Pandey

Consultant (Training- Language)

A young man of 42 having Master in English Literature and Master in Distance Education Mr. Rajesh Pandey believes in achieving his goal through Management by Objectives. He gets everything planned from his team members and ensures to achieve the same in the line decided according to the quality control. He has also completed his PGCTE from CIEFEL, Hyderabad and attained a lot number of seminar and conferences to make him professionally competent for the job. He is a good language trainer as well as trainer in the field of Indian culture. Apart from being a full time senior English Teacher, he is associated a number Management Institutes in and around Kolkata as Soft Skill Trainer.

Mr. Abhishek Mishra

B. Tech. in IT and MBA in Marketing from IIITM, Gwalior. Developed a number of school based software which can be justified according to clients’ suitability. A young man of 35, Abhishek is an asset to the trust. He believes in empowering the people to complete the work at their own and teaching them how to achieve it. He is a person with strong time management and zeal of achieving the target within dead line. His application based soft ware’s are being used by a number of educational institutions.

Ms. Shalini

An M. Tech (Bio Technology) from JIIT, Noida, and MBA, she is a trainer of teachers to achieve the best through application type questions. She sets the goal and encourages her team members to achieve the same. She has an approach of phased withdrawal from the system by properly empowering her team members.

Mr. Saurov

A young boy of 25 yrs having a B.E. degree in (Electronics & Communication).He has update knowledge of affiliating Boards and recent trends in education. He manages the show without getting perturbed. He is also a humorous programme manager with sound background of science training and is an asset to the organization. Prepares client suited projects.
